Circumstances have included post-acquisition discoveries, regulatory or market events, unplanned media, cyber attack, equitisations, follow-on capital, disputes and managed exits or process.

I actively lead, coach and supplement existing boards and management to recapture value and successfully bridge with sponsors, shareholders and lender groups. Frequently this also includes rebuilding trust with regulators, trade creditors and end users, requiring both commercial judgement and emotional intelligence.

Pressing time and cash runways require me to lead accelerated changes of strategy, liquidity and forecast management, redefining management structures, goals and incentives.
